Meet him outside arrivals at the Welcome Bar (Terminal 2), or at Margaritaville (Terminal 3). The driver will have a picture of us, check in with him, he'll give you instructions.
Don't go to the friends and family arrivals area, otherwise the driver won't be able to pick you up.
Refreshments provided onboard. Limited facilities on the way, use the airport restroom before departure
Ferry ride • 20min
Passenger ferry from Chiquilá port to Holbox Island. This is the only way to reach the island from the mainland.
Driver will hand the ticket to you and let you know what time the next ferry is leaving. He will ask to take a picture of you, this is for your taxi driver on the other side to locate you easily.
Help with your luggage will be offered, these vendors can be trusted. Suggested gratuity is $50 pesos/3 USD. You'll then hand your luggage to the ferry, staff to load onboard.
Ferry offers indoor and outdoor seating
Golf cart ride • 10-15min

With no cars on the island, this is the most natural way to move through its streets
